March 10 on 10: Gratitude

This time of year is the busy season at work. I'm grateful for this group and the reminder to focus on the beauty around me. Taking a moment in my day to capture an image or two helps my mind relax and appreciate what I see.

These lovelies just appeared one day.

I start my morning watching the hummingbirds while I have my coffee.

I've been watching the Redbud tree and waiting for this moment.

These perfect little green hearts leave me in awe of nature. I post this as a reminder to myself to be grateful and to begin each day by choosing where to focus my attention. Sending love to you all!

  1. Such beautiful photos! I love red bud. We still have a few weeks to wait until the red bud trees around here (in Indiana) start blooming, but your post reminds me that Spring is just around the corner. That close up of the bee with the added texture is especially wonderful, but I love all of your photos.

  2. Kathleen! Wow! These are so good! You certainly have a way with hummingbirds. I'm in awe of this shot and love the love that appears not only in the green leaf but in the pink petals that are lit by the sun so beautifully. Those daffodils (I think that's what they are) really just popped up? A really beautiful collection of nature at it's finest! <3

    1. The back story on the daffodils is they did just pop up & then our dear Max dug them right up (good thing he's cute). So I took a photo to remember them...

Love you BIG & thank you for your comment xoxoxoo
